Northern Air Cargo (NAC) is bringing Alaska even closer to the world with a brand-new direct cargo route between Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA) and Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport (ANC), launching the week of October 5, 2025.
This new service is a game-changer for Alaskans. By connecting directly into NAC’s statewide network, shipments from Seattle can reach communities like Nome and Kotzebue in just 12 hours—and Utqiagvik or Bethel in about 18. Fresh food, medicine, construction materials, and other essentials will now move faster and more reliably than ever, all under a single Air Waybill.
Powered by NAC’s newest 737-800 freighter and backed by a trusted fleet serving Alaska for nearly 70 years, this route strengthens the flow of goods into and out of the state—supporting local businesses, fueling economic growth, and keeping rural communities connected to what they need most.
Alaskans have always been our mission. This new route helps us serve them better.
Service Begins: Week of October 5, 2025
Schedule: SEA departures Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday evenings → ANC arrivals Monday, Wednesday, Friday mornings
