Northern Air Cargo specializes in shipping all kinds of freight including vehicles, oversized freight, declared hazardous materials and hazardous waste, radio-active materials, human remains, live animals and small packages.
Q: What is your flight schedule?
We offer scheduled shipping services six days a week, with flights to each of our hubs one to five days a week, weather permitting. Additional flights are sometimes scheduled based on demand. Please view our flight schedule to see the times and days our shipping services are available for each hub.
Q: How much will my freight charges be?
Please see our Rate Shipment Calculator for an estimate. Other fees such as a Hazardous Material handling fee, Origin Advance fee, a Federal Air Transportation Tax and others may apply.

Q: How fast will my freight move?
General Service freight shipping timeline is dependent on the type of freight you are shipping. Regular size freight that will fit on a pallet will ship within 6 days. Oversized, bulky, freight over 10 feet long will ship within 10 – 30 days depending on the type of freight..
Priority Service freight will be loaded on the next available flight to your destination providing we receive it as least four hours prior to the flight departure.
Express Service freight will be shipped to the appropriate hub within two flights.
NACPAC Service is guaranteed to move on our next available flight providing we receive it at least two hours prior to the flight departure.

Q: How do I change an air waybill or invoice?
If you believe you have been billed in error, please contact Customer Service at 1 (800) 727-2141.
Q: How long will it take my snowmachine or ATV to arrive?
Snowmachines and ATVs shipped as General Service will arrive at the designated NAC hub within 30 days unless communicated otherwise. Peak season shipping in March, April, November, December and January may further delay arrival of oversized freight. Priority or Express service is available for these items if you require your machine on a specific timeframe.
Q: I have a tracking number, where is my freight?
You have two options for tracking your freight:

Q: How do I ship alcohol to “damp” villages?
Please see the guidelines provided by the Alaska State Troopers for shipping alcoholic beverages.
Q: How do I open a credit account?
Fill out our Credit Account Application form and allow at least one week for processing. The speed with which an account can be approved depends on prompt responses from your credit references. Notifying them to expect contact from us may help speed up the process.
Q: How can I get a community service donation?
Northern Air Cargo makes contributions to community groups and organizations on a limited basis. These may include free or reduced rate freight, merchandise or free-freight certificates.
If you are interested, please submit a request with contact information at least three weeks prior to your event. Please understand that we cannot grant all requests.
