Expected Delivery Changes for Service Levels including
Priority, Express, and General Freight

NAC may require additional time to deliver packages and freight as we are experiencing higher than normal volumes. This volume increase is due to factors including COVID-19 preparation, increased seasonal freight, and early Permanent Fund Dividend distribution. As a result, some freight or packages may take longer than our regular service levels:
